UK mail is considered lost after 15
working days, EU mail is considered lost
after 20 working days and Other
destination mail is considered lost
after 25 working days.

For' service, we will automatically
resend you another item in case of loss
or damage. Occasionally, we will need
you to supply more evidence before we
send another item out.
Unfortunately, if you
didn't choose and pay for
'Recorded' or 'International Signed For'
service and the item is lost or damaged,
we will need you to supply more evidence
and we will let Royal Mail decides
whether the claim is allowed. We will
resend another item if Royal Mail allows
the claim. Otherwise, you will have to
buy another item and choose to insure
