  3. You have to compare the item within 24 hours of your purchase and notify us within 24 hours. For example. if you bought the item at 10.00am and you found out later at 8.00pm that 'ABC' seller is selling at much lesser price, please let us know immediately and we will allow your refund claim.
  4. The item you are comparing has to be exactly the same as the item we are selling in all aspects, such as but not conclusive, the item condition, the design, the usage, the origin, the delivery service used, etc.
  5. You have to compare our total price payable by you and other sellers payable total price. If the seller charges hidden charges, such as paypal fees, compulsory insurance, tax, etc, you have to add it to their total price.

We guarantee that we will ship the item out within 24 hours of your purchase. This will ensure that you receive the item as quick as possible and within reasonable time.

  2. It only applies to payment made by Paypal, postal order and cash.
  3. For Paypal payment. you have to have a confirmed address. It means your delivery address is similar to the address you have on your bank or credit card statement.
  4. You have to supply full and correct delivery address.
  5. It only applies during normal working day, which is Monday to Friday.
  6. Order placed on Friday will normally be shipped on Saturday but this is not a guarantee. Order placed on Weekends will be shipped on Monday.
